Missing Dutch cat found in Plymouth

When a stray cat named Ceefa was found in Plymouth in early September workers at the local PDSA PetAid Hospital hoped it would be easy to reunite her with her owners as she had been micro chipped.

Things became a little more complex when the carers discovered that her microchip was registered in Den Helder, Holland, more than 500 miles away.

Numerous phone calls to the owners Dutch telephone number proved fruitless, and her owners were eventually tracked down at their new home - Just 2 miles down the road!!
