Terms and Conditions of Sale
      By ordering you agree to the following. 
      
        - Money Back Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with
          Purr or a Purr branded product,
          send it back to us and we will refund your entire payment (subject
          to 'Postage Refund' terms below). We will not refund without receiving
          the original bottle back in un-used condition (i.e. Don't send it back
          empty!!)
- If you are not entirely satisfied with a non-Purr branded product,
          we will usually still give you a refund (at our discretion) upon return
          of the item in saleable condition at your own expense  - please
          contact us before doing anything  so that we can tell you the most efficient
          way to return the product. 
- Postage Refund. We will usually refund your entire postage
          in the case of a complete return. In the case of a mixed order
          partially returned, your entire payment for the returned product and
          postage paid to the exetent that the inclusion of the returned product
          affected the postage paid. Items returned at our fault (for instance
          if we make a mistake or the product has a fault) will have return postage
          reimbursed, but we will not cover the cost of returning items under
          other circumstances. 
- Dispatch. Usually dispatch is  between 1pm and 3pm each business
          day, however at busy times we can only guarantee dispatch within 14
          days.
- Free Postage. Items that qualify for free postage do not affect
           the postage charge for other items. E.g. if you have 2 items for which
          the postage is £2, adding or removing qualifying items will not
          increase or decrease the P+P charge. 
- Items that qualify for free postage
            may have restrictions on delivery destinations, but we may be able
          to deliver to other areas by arrangement. Contact
          us to discsuss your
          requirements. 
- Out of Stock. When products are out of stock, we will notify
          you within 2 business days and tell you when we expect more stock.
          We cannot guarantee restocking dates but will give you the option of
          a refund upon request at any time up until dispatch. 
- Delivery Charges. Delivery Charges
            are applied at the rate stated at the time of purchase  regardless
          of the method of delivery unless you separately arrange a priority
          service with us, in which case delivery charges may be increased as
          neccesary to cover our costs.
- Delivery Guarantee. We guarantee dispatch but cannot guarantee
          delivery unless you pay for delivery confirmation, please contact us
          to arrange this. 
- Lost Items. Lost Items may be replaced at our discretion, however,
          we will expect you to wait a reasonable length of time after dispatch
          before claiming your item is lost. 
- Damaged Items. Without prejudice to our own liabilities except
          as detailed, you agree that the courier we choose is responsible for
          the safe keeping of a product after dispatch and liable up to the value
          of the standard level of insurance of the service used. You agree to
          work with us to claim such compensation as is appropriate from them
          before we bear any responsibility for replacement. 
- Further to Lost Items' terms, damaged items may be replaced at our
          discretion but please contact us before returning the product so that
          we can tell you the most efficient way to do this. We will not return
          refund postage on items returned to us unless agreed in advance.
- Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your order and
          refund your money for any reason at any time until dispatch at our
          discretion.
- Indemnity. You indemnify us against your use of Purr to the
          full extent permissible by law, and we accept no liability for problems
          or side effects caused by the use or misuse of Purr.
- Your data. We will use your data responsibly and will not add you
          to our mailing list or pass your data on without your express permission.
          We will, however, contact you using the data you provide, to inform
          you about the transaction and ensure a good service. We may also contact
          you after the transaction to ask further questions about your experience
          with us and ask if you would like to buy again.
